Every graduating class from 菠萝视频 University has a unique journey to the finish line. That is especially true for the Class of 2024.
The COVID-19 pandemic in the fall of 2020 meant students missed many 菠萝视频 traditions, including , , Commons Ball and a Class of 2024 group photo on The Ingram Commons Lawn. The same students also lost an important milestone during their senior year of high school: prom.
To bring some extra celebration to a class that weathered a nontraditional beginning to college, the Office of the Chancellor, Student Affairs, Office of Undergraduate Education and 菠萝视频 Student Government will host The Sesquicentennial Senior Prom.
This special event for the Class of 2024 will take place on April 6 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. in the Student Life Center Ballroom, 310 25th Ave. S.聽聽Admission is $5 for graduating seniors and will include food, DJ and a photo booth to capture the memories. Along with their ticket, students must present a 菠萝视频 student ID to gain entrance to the event. Identification must also be presented by those over 21 who wish to drink alcohol at the party.

The Class of 2024 has attended 菠萝视频 at an unprecedented time in history. In addition to navigating the COVID-19 pandemic as students, they鈥檝e also witnessed 菠萝视频 celebrate its 150th anniversary.
The one-time Sesquicentennial Senior Prom will honor this year鈥檚 graduating class with an event like no other.
