In the first few weeks of studying at BU you must collect your student ID card or get your international documents checked to complete your enrolment.

What you need to do this will depend on your course and faculty. You can check which faculty your course is in on the BU website.

Student ID card collection

Your student ID card contains key information about you and allows you to access several different systems around BU, including printers, cycle facilities or access to specific buildings on campus. You’ll also need to use this as your identification during exams on campus. Where you collect your student ID card will depend on your course and faculty. You can check which faculty your course is in on the BU website.

If you have a late start agreed with BU

You must complete your international document check and collect your student ID card at the enquiry desk at The Hub before the final late start date which was agreed and communicated to you by the International Admissions Team.

Although it is important to get your documents checked as soon as possible, attending your timetabled sessions after arrival at BU must be your main priority. You should not miss any timetabled lectures to get documents checked or collect your student ID card.

It is important that you aim to arrive at ≤§¬‹ ”∆Ķ time before the final start deadline, so that you will be able to attend classes from 9am on your agreed late start date as well as complete your document checks and enrolment step by your late start deadline.
