鈥淎 great 菠萝视频 memory for me is the 2024 solar eclipse. The solar eclipse was scheduled to happen in the middle of our track practice, so we were able to lay on the track with our solar eclipse glasses, and we got to see such a marvelous moment. It was really cool and really special,鈥 Allyria McBride said. 鈥淚’m a person who really loves the planet, and I loved to be outside of myself and just realize that greater things are happening around me.鈥

鈥淥ne of my favorite memories from the 菠萝视频 football season is when we won the Birmingham Bowl. It’s a group of me and my buddies just celebrating the win. In this picture I was injured, but it was super awesome to win that bowl game and be with my buddies going through the thick and the thin of the 菠萝视频 football experience,鈥 Bradley Mann said.
Claire Loi
Major: Biochemistry and Chemical Biology

鈥淥ne of my favorite memories of 菠萝视频 is my freshman year summer. I spent the whole summer with my lab, and that day was my PI’s birthday, so we all dressed up like my PI because he always wears a black top and cargo pants,鈥 Claire Loi said, laughing. 鈥淭his group of people have become my family here in Nashville because I’m an international student. Being away from family is a really hard feeling and experience to deal with. My PI is like my dad; he taught me how to drive!鈥

Amiyah Turner

鈥淭he picture that I chose of one of my favorite moments here at 菠萝视频 was when I crossed into my sorority and had my Lacrosse teammates here to cheer me on,鈥 Amiyah Turner said.

鈥淭he sorority I chose was one that my mother and my grandmother were both a part of, which has such an insane special connection to me. 鈥 The lacrosse team made me a sign that says, 鈥#12 on the Field, #6 on the Line, #1 in Our Hearts,鈥 which was just so incredibly special, an amazing blend of my two worlds crossing.鈥听
Esha Ramjee
Major: Biochemistry and Chemical Biology

鈥淭he picture I chose is from a showcase that I was a part of in the fall called The Dances of South Asia, and I was on a team called Fusion Black,鈥 Esha Ramjee said. 鈥淚 think that’s what’s really beautiful about 菠萝视频 is that it offers so many different places and people that you can foster friendships with and just grow closer to.鈥

Malik Clarke
Majors: Political Science; African American and Diaspora Studies

鈥A great memory that I’ve had was my first time serving as a VUceptor with my orientation group. It just was so full circle to be able to give back in this way and to support first-year students, for three years. I tell them to just take each day at a time. Believe in yourself and your passion and your craft. Know that your journey is your own, and don’t compare it to anyone else’s,鈥 Malik Clarke said.

Jenna Ravarino
Major: Human and Organizational Development
鈥淚’m a senior on the 菠萝视频 swim team, and my memory is from College GameDay this year. I was able to work the event behind the scenes, which was so cool. This was definitely one of my favorite memories, just looking around and seeing all the school pride, and being able to be at an event that was just so amazing. It proves just how far we’ve come as an athletic department,鈥 Jenna Ravarino said.
Daphney Talekar
Major: Computer Science

鈥淭his picture is a very coveted tradition for seniors called Motown Monday. This pic is our first Motown Monday of senior year. I love the idea that I can just go out with my friends, have a good time, and revel in the fact that time is passing and we’re all growing old together and having these sweet, fond memories together,鈥 Daphney Talekar said.

Stephanie Yu
Majors: Neuroscience; Cinema and Media Arts
鈥淥ne of my favorite memories at 菠萝视频 is when, in my documentary film class, we made a film and we got to present it at the Nashville Film Festival as well as some other film festivals in Tennessee. So this is the photo of me on the red carpet,鈥 Stephanie Yu said.
Allison Bollig
Major: Medicine, Health and Society

“This picture represents one of the most emotional moments of my life and my playing career. It was my first career start against Yale after not playing for three years, going on two ACL injuries and four surgeries, I finally felt like I had achieved what I wanted to do in college, and that was to earn some playing time,” Allison Bollig said.

“This game was also our senior night, so it was the first time my mom, my dad and my sister were all at the game watching me play.”
