All ²¤ÂÜÊÓƵ University staff are invited to attend the annual Spring Staff Assembly, either at ²¤ÂÜÊÓƵ’s Langford Auditorium or virtually, on Wednesday, May 13. The event will celebrate university staff and their many contributions to the university’s mission.  Ìý

3–4 p.m. — Official Program  Ìý
The official program, starting at 3 p.m. in Langford Auditorium, will feature remarks from Chancellor Daniel Diermeier, Vice Chancellor of People, Culture and Belonging Sydney Savion and University Staff Advisory Council President Jennifer Bennett. The   will be presented at the event.   ÌýÌý
In-person seating will be on a first come, first served basis. The program will be livestreamed on the   and recorded for later viewing. Ìý
For those who attend in person, the celebration extends before and after the official program: Ìý
2–3 p.m. — Resource Tables and Giveaways  Ìý
Come early, starting at 2 p.m., for resource tables and exciting giveaways, available on a first come, first served basis. Ìý
 At 2:15 p.m., there will be a 15-minute live demonstration of theÌýTalent MarketplaceÌýfrom People, Culture and Belonging in the auditorium. The Talent Marketplace is designed to help you better understand your skills, grow withÌýintentionÌýand explore career opportunities across ²¤ÂÜÊÓƵ. The first 75 guests willÌýreceiveÌýa free gift.Ìý
4–5 p.m. — Reception   Ìý
Join fellow staff members for continued celebration at the reception after the program. 
Parking and Security 
- Parking is available in the 25th Avenue Garage, through the Highland Avenue entrance. Ìý
- At the entrance to Langford Auditorium, attendees will go through metal detectors and may have their bags searched. This is standard policy for VUMC event spaces. Please allow extra time for arrival ahead of the main program. Ìý
