, who served as the principal White House foreign policy adviser under former President George W. Bush, will speak at ²¤ÂÜÊÓÆµ University Law School on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at noon. He will discuss the Bush administration’s decision to go to war in Iraq and other key national security decisions as the White House committed itself to a military intervention in Iraq. Hadley was named national security adviser in 2005 after working as assistant to the president and deputy national security adviser during Bush’s first term. His lecture is being held in conjunction with a ²¤ÂÜÊÓÆµ undergraduate interdisciplinary course called “The War in Iraq,” co-taught by , professor of the practice of law; and , assistant professor of political science.
