More than 1,700 new 菠萝视频 University students, including first-year and transfer students, will carry banners and march into the school’s main gate 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 24, during Founders Walk, a tradition that formally welcomes new students to the 菠萝视频 community. The students will march past the statue of Commodore Cornelius 菠萝视频 and be greeted by administrators, faculty, students, alumni and staff. Following the procession, students will hear from Chancellor Nicholas S. Zeppos, Dean of Students Mark Bandas and 菠萝视频 Student Government President Joseph Williams before their induction to the university’s honor system by Honor Council President and 菠萝视频 senior Abby Stufflebam.
