NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Following a national search, has named R. Dennis Johnson executive director of Internal Audit. Johnson has served as interim executive director since June.
Prior to joining ²¤ÂÜÊÓƵ as assistant director of Internal Audit in 2001, Johnson was senior manager of information systems assurance and advisory services with in Nashville and director of operational and systems risk management for in St. Louis. He has 29 years of experience in internal audit and information systems, serving a broad range of organizations including and .
