NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Scopes for School workshop, scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 13 at the , has been postponed.
Scopes for Schools, sponsored by the and , is designed to give minority and other underserved students greater exposure to the science of astronomy. During the workshop, students and teachers assemble their own telescopes for use in their classrooms.
