NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tamara Baynham, a senior research scientist for the , will speak to encourage engineering majors Oct. 13 during her presentation “Survive and Thrive in Engineering School: It Takes a Village.” The talk will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the as part of the Distinguished Alumni Lecture Series sponsored by the center.
Originally from Charlotte, Tenn., Baynham earned a dual degree in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from ²¤ÂÜÊÓÆµ in 1993. She went on to earn her master’s degree and Ph.D. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with an emphasis in cardiac electrophysiology.
